1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "you", "your") and turbo99 ("turbo99", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the turbo99 website located at turbo99.lat and all associated services, including but not limited to casino games, sportsbook wagering, live dealer tables, slots, roulette, and promotional programmes.

turbo99 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage of the registration process or thereafter. Failure to provide satisfactory verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending resolution.

3. Account Management

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each player is permitted to hold one (1) active account only. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — constitutes a breach of these Terms & Conditions. turbo99 employs advanced fraud detection systems to identify multi-account activity. Where detected, all accounts will be suspended and any balances may be confiscated.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely and entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes associated with your turbo99 account. You agree to:

• Use a strong, unique password not used on any other platform.
• Never share your login credentials with any other person.
• Log out of your account after each session, particularly when using shared devices.
• Contact turbo99 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

turbo99 will never request your password via live chat, email, or any other communication channel. Any such request should be treated as fraudulent and reported immediately.

3.3 Account Accuracy

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update your account details promptly should any information change. turbo99 reserves the right to suspend accounts where discrepancies between provided information and verification documents are identified.

4. Deposits & Payments

turbo99 accepts deposits exclusively through the following approved payment channels available to Malaysian players:

All deposits are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed at the point of transaction and are subject to change without prior notice. turbo99 does not impose additional fees on deposits; however, your financial institution or eWallet provider may apply their own charges.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, wherever technically feasible, in accordance with anti-money laundering best practices. The following conditions apply to all withdrawals from turbo99:

• Your account must be fully verified (KYC completed) before any withdrawal is processed.
• Any active bonus funds must meet the applicable wagering requirements before withdrawal of associated winnings is permitted.
• turbo99 targets a standard withdrawal processing time of within 24 hours for verified accounts. During peak periods, processing may take up to 48 hours.
• turbo99 reserves the right to carry out additional security checks on withdrawal requests above certain thresholds, which may extend processing times.
• Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited and will be declined.

If a withdrawal request is declined for any reason, the funds will be returned to your turbo99 wallet balance and you will be notified via your registered email address. Please contact our support team if you have questions about a specific withdrawal.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free credits, cashback awards, and promotional offers provided by turbo99 are subject to specific wagering requirements and terms that are published alongside each individual promotion. In the absence of promotion-specific terms, the following general conditions apply:

• Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus wallet and cannot be withdrawn directly — only winnings derived from bonus play that meet the wagering requirement are withdrawable.
• Standard wagering requirements range from 20x to 35x the bonus amount unless stated otherwise.
• Wagering must be completed within the validity period stated on the promotion. Expired bonuses are forfeited automatically.
• turbo99 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time with reasonable notice.

6.2 Cashback Bonus

turbo99's Cashback Bonus programme returns a percentage of net losses to eligible players on a weekly basis. Cashback credits are calculated on net losses only (total wagers minus total winnings) and are subject to a reduced wagering requirement. 6.3 Bonus Abuse

turbo99 actively monitors accounts for patterns consistent with bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk hedging strategies designed to clear wagering requirements with minimal risk, use of multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, and collusion between players. Where bonus abuse is identified, turbo99 reserves the right to void bonus winnings, restrict future bonus eligibility, and close the account.

7. Gameplay & Betting Rules

7.1 Game Integrity

7.2 Sportsbook Betting

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the turbo99 platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Use of automated tools, bots, scripts, or software to interact with the platform in any way.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage — any such advantage gained must be reported immediately and any related winnings are void.
• Colluding with other players or operators to influence game outcomes.
• Attempting to launder money or conduct any financial crime through the platform.
• Providing false identity information or impersonating another individual.
• Engaging in any form of harassment, abuse, or threatening behaviour toward turbo99 staff or other players.
• Attempting to access, reverse-engineer, or interfere with turbo99's systems, code, or infrastructure.

9. Privacy & Data

Your use of turbo99 is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By registering an account, you acknowledge that turbo99 will collect, store, and process your personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

turbo99 may share your data with third-party service providers strictly as necessary to operate the platform (e.g., payment processors, KYC verification providers, fraud prevention services). turbo99 does not sell your personal data to unrelated third parties for marketing purposes.

10. Responsible Gaming

turbo99's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12. Termination

turbo99 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including where:

• A breach of these Terms & Conditions has occurred or is suspected.
• turbo99 is required to do so by a regulatory authority, court order, or applicable law.
• An account has been inactive for a continuous period of 12 months (dormant account policy).
• turbo99 reasonably suspects fraudulent, criminal, or abusive activity.

Where an account is closed for reasons other than a breach of these Terms, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to you via your last verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to satisfactory completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

You may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting our support team. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within 5 business days.

13. Amendments to These Terms

turbo99 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, turbo99 will notify registered players via their registered email address and/or a prominent notice on the platform no less than 7 days prior to the changes taking effect, except where immediate changes are required for legal or regulatory compliance reasons.

Your continued use of the turbo99 platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the platform and contact support to close your account.
